"I looked at numerous condos and town homes in Uptown Charlotte, but nothing compared to the layout and features, quality of construction and location of the condos on Westbrook Drive.

This condo meets all of my wants and needs in terms of functionality. The open floor plan is great for entertaining. The best part is the large private rooftop deck with skyline views. The attached 2-car garage is a bonus that's tough to find anywhere else in Uptown.

I love the neighborhood too. Westbrook Drive is quiet, with plenty of parking, it's right next to the parks and a short walk to Uptown or Bank of America Stadium. It's just a great neighborhood."

"One of the best features of living here is the proximity to so many things. We have really enjoyed being so close to Frazier Park, with its paved trails, tennis and basketball courts, and dog park.

Walking to the Panthers Stadium on game day is lots of fun, and we don't even have tickets! Gateway Village is a short walk away, where you'll find the YMCA, Johnson and Wales, restaurants, pubs, dry cleaners, and even a hotel for accommodating your extended family when they all come to visit.

Most everyone we have met in the neighborhood has been very friendly. We also discovered that the heart of downtown Charlotte is a 20 minute walk from our doorstep.

"The level of thought in the design of these units was much higher than what we found in other condominiums as we searched for our new home. We appreciate the more contemporary design and detailing throughout the unit. The open main living area floor plan has been wonderful for entertaining guests. The wood floors and level of natural light brought into the space from the many windows are features we enjoy every day. The use of operable casement and awning windows, rather than double hung windows, furthers the open feel to the rooms. The spacious feel of the unit is enhanced by the use of the open stairwells and open stair treads which visually connect all three levels.

We were thrilled to see the use of a unique type of cut river stone tile in the backsplash in the kitchen, and were given the opportunity to select from different colors and grouts available. This enabled us to get just the look we wanted.

Finally, the one item that actually sold the unit for us was the roof area. This outdoor space can become an outdoor room from which to enjoy a great view of downtown. This is a great area to entertain and impress and is very private."
